Les autorisations accordées à BFMTV, Canal+ Sport, Canal+ Cinéma, CStar, CNews, Gulli et Planète+ pour leur diffusion sur la télévision numérique terrestre (TNT) arrivent à échéance le 31 août 2020. Le Conseil supérieur de l’audiovisuel a publié les décisions permettant de recourir à la reconduction hors appel aux candidatures de ces autorisations.

L’autorité française de protection des données personnelles, la Cnil, a levé mardi sa mise en demeure contre la start-up Vectaury, spécialisée dans le ciblage publicitaire grâce aux données de géolocalisation d’utilisateurs de smartphones. Vectaury avait été épinglée le 8 novembre 2018, la Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (Cnil) lui reprochant d’exploiter des données d’utilisateurs de smartphones sans accord clair de leur part.
Le Conseil d’Administration du SEPM a approuvé le recrutement de Julie Lorimy qui prendra la direction générale du SEPM le 29 avril prochain.
