Tandis qu’Emmanuel Macron faisait état d’un système audiovisuel «structuré sur l’architecture du monde d’avant (Télévision, radio)» qui n’a pas suffisamment suivi la mutation numérique des usages lors de son entretien avec Laurent Delahousse le 17 décembre dernier, la ministre de la Culture Françoise Nyssen a annoncé le 21 décembre que les patrons de l’audiovisuel public vont plancher jusqu’à fin janvier sur cinq «chantiers prioritaires» de coopération entre leurs médias dans un contexte de réduction des crédits.

La plateforme sera conçue et opérée par Mindlytix, spécialiste de l’identification de profils de mindsets consommateurs. Les mindsets d’un consommateur peuvent être déclinés sous trois dimensions : ses centres d’intérêts, ses émotions et sa disponibilité.
La première évocation d’un label de qualité publicitaire pour les sites a été faite en juillet 2016 à l’issue de la présentation de l’observatoire de l’ePub par le SRI et l’Udecam.
