Associated Newspapers, maison mère du quotidien britannique Daily Mail et du site internet MailOnline, poursuit le géant internet américain Google, l’accusant de manipuler le marché de la publicité en ligne ainsi que son moteur de recherche et de priver les entreprises de médias de recettes vitales.

Le ministère de la Culture a annoncé hier l’organisation «prochaine» d’une concertation avec les éditeurs de presse et les syndicats de journalistes pour revoir les conditions d’attribution des aides publiques au secteur, en les reliant à la présence de journalistes dans les rédactions. Dix-neuf mois après le vote d’une loi instaurant en France ce droit créé par une directive européenne, une table ronde organisée au Sénat a dressé un bilan très mitigé de son application.
