Pour la 35e édition du Téléthon, qui s’est tenue vendredi 3 et samedi 4 décembre, FranceTV Publicité a récolté 391 000€ nets grâce à la commercialisation de 3 écrans publicitaires sur France 2, France 3 et France 5. Cette année, huit annonceurs se sont associés à cette cause : Cned, Intermarché, Jean Paul Gaultier, La Poste, Maïf, Matmut, Optic 2000 et Renault.
Selon le dernier rapport du Shift Project de 2018, cité par Publicis Media, le visionnage des vidéos en ligne a généré en 2018 plus de 300 millions de tonnes de C02, représentant ainsi près de 1% des émissions mondiales, soit autant de gaz à effet de serre que l’Espagne.
