L’Autorité de la concurrence, constatant que le projet de reprise d’Editis par Vivendi n’aura pas pour effet de réduire la concurrence sur les marchés du secteur audiovisuel et littéraire examinés, autorise cette concentration sans conditions. Le projet avait été annoncé fin juillet dernier.

Le Conseil de l’Ethique Publicitaire (CEP), instance indépendante présidée par le sociologue Dominique Wolton et associée à l’Autorité de Régulation Professionnelle de la Publicité (ARPP), a pour mission d’analyser les évolutions sociétales dans les domaines couverts par la déontologie publicitaire, de juger de l’efficacité du dispositif d’autorégulation, et d’indiquer des domaines où une plus grande vigilance s’impose.
L’Interactive Advertising Bureau France (IAB France) révèle que plus de la moitié des éditeurs du Top 100 ont mis en place une CMP conforme au Transparency and Consent Framework dans son 2ème Baromètre sur l’Adoption des Consent Management Platforms. Le taux de pénétration est ainsi passé de 39% en octobre 2018 à 48% en novembre et 56% en décembre.
L’Assemblée Générale Ordinaire de l’Udecam (Union des Entreprises de Conseil et Achat Médias) s’est réunie le 11 décembre et a procédé à l’élection du Conseil d’Administration de l’association. Le Conseil d’Administration de l’Udecam 2018, reconduit à l’unanimité des membres, est élargi avec l’arrivée en son sein de Pascal Crifo, élu Vice-Président, de Mathieu Morgensztern et Patrick Gouyou Beauchamps.
Le Conseil supérieur de l’audiovisuel a rendu publique la liste des candidats dont le dossier est recevable dans le cadre de l’appel aux candidatures du 25 juillet dernier pour l’édition de services de radio numérique (DAB+) au niveau national.
Le dernier conseil d’administration de l’ARPP qui s’est tenu hier a enregistré 24 nouveaux membres cotisants : 5 membres annonceurs, 1 membre média-régie (Arimedia) et 18 membres agences parmi lesquels figurent 3 sociétés spécialisées dans le marketing d’influence : Kolsquare (by Brand and Celebrities), Influence4you et Reech.
Dans le cadre des statuts de l’Association des Chaînes Privées (ACP) qui prévoient une alternance des mandats, Maxime Saada, Président du directoire du groupe Canal+, a été désigné Président de l’ACP pour une période de 2 ans. Il succède à Gilles Pelisson, Président-Directeur Général du groupe TF1, qui occupait cette fonction depuis 2016.
Dans le cadre de son assemblée plénière du 7 novembre, le CSA a délivré un récépissé de déclaration à la société nationale de programme Radio France pour la diffusion sur internet de dix-sept services de radio adossés à France Musique.
L’AFMM (Association Française pour le développement de solutions et de services Multimédia Multi-opérateurs), qui regroupe notamment Bouygues Télécom, Orange et SFR, ainsi que le SNPTV (Syndicat National de la Publicité Télévisée) se mettent en ordre de marche pour mettre en œuvre des actions de TV segmentée.
A la suite de son assemblée générale du 12 décembre, l’ACCeS (Association des Chaînes Conventionnées éditrices de Services) a élu Richard Maroko, Directeur général de Mediawan Thematics, à sa présidence.
