Invité de RTL hier, Bruno le Maire, ministre de l’Économie et des Finances a annoncé que la France allait assigner Google et Apple devant le tribunal de commerce de Paris pour «pratiques commerciales abusives». Les pratiques citées concernent les relations entre les développeurs qui veulent vendre leur application à Google ou Apple. Ces derniers «se voient imposer des tarifs», Google et Apple récupèrent les données et les géants du web «peuvent modifier unilatéralement les contrats avec les développeurs» développe le ministre.

La Mobile Marketing Association France (MMAF) propose à la CNIL et aux autorités européennes d’étendre l’usage de «l’Advertising ID» à l’univers web mobile et desktop. Différent du cookie, l’Advertising ID est un identifiant déjà exploité au sein des applications à des fins publicitaires. Son intérêt par rapport au cookie est de proposer un traceur universel quel que soit l’écran (desktop, mobile, tablette) et l’environnement (web, application).

Le CSA rappelle «qu’en cas d’empêchement du Président, pour quelque cause que ce soit, la Présidence est assurée par le membre du Conseil le plus âgé».
