Google va remplacer les standards actuels, qui exigent des éditeurs un minimum de trois articles gratuits par jour pour être référencés sur Google Search et Google News. Dans l’objectif de favoriser les abonnements payants aux médias, Google prépare plusieurs fonctionnalités qui permettront aux éditeurs de moduler leur freemium.

Le Maine Libre fait peau neuve avec une nouvelle formule qui entend faciliter la lecture du quotidien, avec des informations mieux hiérarchisées et des illustrations mises en valeur. Avec une pagination renforcée (entre 30 et 40 pages supplémentaires) et une nouvelle charte graphique, le magazine entend couvrir davantage les arts visuels, la peinture, l’architecture, le design, la sculpture et le cinéma.
