Tandis que la vague One 2016 montrait une baisse de -1,4% de l’audience de la presse papier, la dernière vague publiée par l’ACPM, portant sur la période juillet 2016 à juin 2017, fait état d’une progression de +3,4% de la presse par rapport à la même période 2015-2016 et de +3,2% par rapport à One 2016.

La catégorie de presse quotidienne nationale et gratuite a globalement bénéficié de la période riche en actualité. La progression par rapport à la vague précédente est de +6,5%. 20 Minutes reste en tête de cet univers avec une progression inférieure à la moyenne. Les quotidiens payants d’information générale bénéficient des plus fortes évolutions par rapport à la dernière vague : +16% pour Le Monde, +18,5% pour Le Figaro, +17,5% pour Libération et +27,1% pour La Croix.
Bien que largement leader, Ouest France progresse encore lors de cette vague avec 2,5M de lecteurs et +2,8% en une vague. Le top 10 de la PQR est partagé entre évolutions positives et négatives. Le Progrès signe la plus forte progression des premiers titres avec +9,2% par rapport à la dernière vague.
Dans un contexte de baisse de la presse TV, Télé 7 Jours parvient à progresser par rapport à la dernière vague (+3,2%), ainsi que Télé Star à +0,7% qui passe devant Télé 2 Semaines. Télé Magazine progresse de +43,5% en un an Télé Z accuse la plus forte chute.
Paris Match reste leader sur cible Ensemble et Télérama sur cible CSP+. L’Obs conforte sa position de premier news en progressant de plus de 20% en un an. Le Point progresse dans le même rythme. Le Figaro Magazine est proche des +25% de progression en un an et passe devant L’Express qui gagne tout de même +10,8% de lecteurs par rapport à la dernière vague.
De nombreuses évolutions positives dans cette catégorie qui reste dominée par Psychologies Magazine sur cible Ensemble et CSP+, ainsi que par Marie Claire sur les femmes. Cosmopolitan confirme sa progression avec plus de 20% de lecteurs gagnés en un an. Avec +18,2% de progression, Madame Figaro passe devant Vogue.
Derrière PQR 66 et ses 15,057M de lecteurs, TV Magazine est le premier titre de France avec 11,937M de lecteurs. La PHR atteint 7,158M devant Version Femina (6,337M) et Marmiton 5ème du classement (5,603M).
Par rapport au dernier top 20 publié, Science & Vie devient 7ème titre de France avec 4,51M de lecteurs, Geo accède au top 10 avec 4,287M de lecteurs et Télé Z en sort pour se retrouver 17ème.
Derrière PQR 66, stable à 40,941M de lecteurs, avec une variation de -0,1% par rapport à la vague précédente, Le Monde et Le Figaro restent au coude à coude. Sur cette vague, Le Monde passe devant avec 24,273M de lecteurs et +5,4% de progression par rapport à la vague précédente, contre 24,181M et +1,5% pour Le Figaro. Grâce à une progression de +11,8%, le Parisien-Aujourd’hui en France (AeF) est quasiment à égalité avec 20 Minutes. Pour les marques magazines, Femme Actuelle (+3,8% vs v2) devance Télé Loisirs (-1,4%).
Version Femina reste leader des hebdos féminins grand public avec 6,4 millions de lecteurs (-5,3% vs dernière vague). C’est également le 2ème titre print de la presse française derrière TV Magazine. Femme Actuelle est à 3,7M de lecteurs et progresse de +6,5% par rapport à la dernière vague. Progressions également dans les mensuels : +6,6% pour Modes & Travaux (2,6M), +17,4% pour Avantages (2M), +12,7% pour Prima (1,8M). Maxi atteint 1,7M de lecteurs (+3,8%).
Le mensuel Le Chasseur Français (Mondadori France) propose une nouvelle formule à l’occasion de son numéro spécial «ouverture de la chasse», actuellement en kiosques. De nouvelles rubriques viennent enrichir le magazine avec par exemple «Bonjour la France !» en début de magazine, un nouveau regard sur le pays et son actualité.
