L’Autorité de la concurrence a annoncé hier autoriser le rachat du groupe Aufeminin par le groupe TF1 au groupe Axel Springer. L’Autorité a considéré que l’opération «ne pose pas de problème de concurrence sur les marchés de la vente d’espaces publicitaires» et «permet à TF1, déjà actif sur le marché de la vente d’espaces publicitaires télévisuels, d’étendre son activité sur le marché de la vente d’espaces publicitaires en ligne».

Le Groupe Figaro distribue aujourd’hui «F», un nouveau suplément magazine consacré à l’art de vivre. Conçu par Anne-Sophie von Claer, directrice adjointe de la rédaction Style et Art de vivre du Figaro et Pierre Doncieux, nouveau directeur de la diversification éditoriale du Figaro, ce magazine prend la place d’Almaviva lancé en 2015.
Pour la marque de lingerie PrimaDonna, Prisma Media Solutions a conçu un dispositif innovant partant du constat que 7 femmes sur 10 ne connaissent pas leur taille de lingerie. Une «mystery box» a donc été installée le 16 avril dans le centre commercial de Beaugrenelle.

Le groupe de médias tchèque Czech Media Invest frappe un grand coup en France : après avoir ouvert des négociations avec Lagardère pour acquérir ses magazines dont ELLE et Télé 7 Jours, il souhaite racheter le news magazine en difficulté Marianne.
Jusqu’à présent principalement diffusé au Québec, Dînette arrive en France ainsi que dans les autres pays francophones d’Europe à partir de mi-mai 2018.
Studio (LFF – Première Media) revient en kiosque le 4 mai dans son grand format d’origine et dans une périodicité trimestrielle comme annoncé en octobre dernier.

Le mensuel Phosphore change de formule et devient bimensuel à partir du 1er mai pour «être plus en lien avec l’actu et mieux répondre aux questions des ados», annonce son éditeur Bayard jeunesse. Le magazine, jusqu’à présent mensuel, réduit sa pagination à 52 pages, avec une maquette comprenant plus d’illustrations, d’images et de BD, afin de ramener le temps de lecture à «une heure, à dévorer d’un seul coup», selon un communiqué. Sur le fond, la nouvelle formule proposera «une vision optimiste du monde».
Sous la présidence de Gautier Picquet, l’assemblée générale de l’ACPM du 12 avril dernier a validé la nomination de Nicolas Cour en tant que Directeur général, suite au départ à la retraite de Philippe Rincé jusqu’à présent Directeur général diffusion. Une nouvelle organisation a été mise en place.
